We ship with USPS with a flat rate of $9.
Shipping is free over $60.

Unfortunately, mistakes on our side may happen. Should you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will resolve this issue.

Choice of packaging:
Our gift boxes complement the stories the soaps tell. They offer a first glimpse and are meant to enhance the experience and delight. Who doesn’t want a Palazzo or a sleek SilverRay luxury car?
After the soap is unwrapped, you can use them as decorative keepsake boxes. Another perk: Everyone who isn't a gift wrapper gets a gift ready to give.
But we always listen to our customers. While you loved our boxes, you also wanted the choice to (re)-order our soaps without them.
We now offer this option for our single soaps.
If you choose this option, you will receive the soap without the box seen in the product picture.
Support with soaps - Partner with Eco-Soap Bank & #scrappack
Soaps are one way to prevent illness. Sadly, in some developing countries soap is a luxury for most.
When we found out about Eco-soap Bank's mission and their #scrappack project we joined to support it.
"Eco-Soap Bank is a humanitarian and environmental non-profit organization working to save, sanitize, and supply leftover soap from manufacturers for the developing world."
We especially like the combination of their three objectives. To provide a cost effective product (soap) to improve health. Reduce waste by collecting and rebatching soap - including from soap maker like us. .
"Provide livelihoods and free education to disadvantaged women with no other reliable source of income.".
We are part of the #scrappack and support this mission by sending leftover soaps and soap scraps for rebatching.
