Shipment processing time
All orders are processed as fast as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We ship with USPS Priority, All orders within the continental US, US Territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are sent with a flat rate of $9. The Standard delivery time is 2-3 business days depending on location.

Priority Mail Express is available at additional cost of $30
Priority Mail Express orders have to be received at ben Rhye by 12pm EST to be sent out the same day.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
​
ben Rhye is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
However, your package is insured.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@benrhye.com and include pictures of the damage and we will file a claim. .
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods..

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for your andour safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Your satisfaction is our goal and we are confident that you will love our products. We want you to have a positive experience.

Unfortunately, mistakes on our side may happen. Should you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will resolve this issue.

Order Cancelations & Refunds

If you need to cancel an order:
Please notify us as soon as possible. If you have not yet received a tracking number we should be able to cancel it for you and immediately refund your money.
​
Please be aware that it may take up to 3 days for refunds to be posted on your credit card.
​
If you provide us with an incorrect physical address, or fail to properly identify your name on your mailbox (causing non-delivery) and fail to notify us before the order ships, we cannot replace or refund your order.
If your package gets returned in good condition, we are happy to resend it to the correct address at your expense.
